Full Description: Vocational Village The Light House is located in St. Vlas, near Sunny Beach the largest resort at the sea side of Bulgaria which is 20 miles (32 km) away from Bourgas and 60 miles (96 km) away from Varna, two of the major Bulgarian cities. Both have international airports capable of accepting jet planes. There are numerous, regular and charter, flights from UK, Ireland, Germany, Scandinavia and Russia. There is a good road connection to both cities. The design of a modern highway, part of the national highway ring, is well underway. After its completion in the near future, the highway will connect Bourgas and Varna, which will ease the traffic during the busy summer months.

The complex is located on seven thousand sq. m., just 600 feet (200 m) away from the seashore. All buildings are in Mediterranean style, matching the sunny climate of the area. The apartments are designed to take advantage of the warm climate and beautiful nature of the area.

There are four buildings with total built-up above ground area of 120,000 sq. ft (11,000 sq. m.), 44 underground garages, bar and open swimming pool, gym, panorama restaurant/pub.
Buildings A and B have on four levels 35 units each. The area of the apartments is from 400 to 1,200 square feet (35 - 110 sq.m.). Each apartment has its own toilet and bathroom, closets; almost all have a view of the Black Sea.

Buildings C and D have 18 units each on three levels. The area of the units is from 580 to 800 square feet (54 - 74 sq.m.). All apartments have a view of the sea.

The two-story service building is located between buildings A and B. In it, there is a panorama restaurant on the top level. On the ground level, in front of the service building, there is an open swimming pool and a summer bar. On the underground level, with direct access to the pool, is the gym. The lighthouse, situated in the middle of the complex, offers a spectacular vista. All facilities are for exclusive use of the tenants of the complex.

The construction is entirely from natural materials. The quality of the work and the compliance with the building codes is monitored by an independent company.

After an open competition, the design of the complex, reminiscent to the best examples of the Mediterranean architecture, was commissioned to an established local architecture firm. The main requirement put in front of the four participants was to match the natural beauty of the area when ensuring high quality of the construction work.

The Complex offers also guaranteed rental, maintenance and many amenities, like SPA and fitness, restaurant and a wine-bar, swimming pool, children’s playground, barbeque, internet caf?, shops.

There will be twenty four-hour security provided for all premises. Only owners and authorized visitors will be allowed inside the complex. Maintenance of the properties will also be provided, for which a small fee will be charged.The bar and the swimming pool will be open for tenants and authorized guests only.

The construction started in 2006 and was interrupted twice for the ban of building activities in the summer season. The complex received an Exploitation permit in September 2008.
