Maintenance charges Maintenance (service) charges for "Diamond Hills " are estimated to be 6.00 Euros per square meter per annum. Separate maintenance agreements will be signed with all owners. The maintenance fee is for 12 months and has to be paid by the owners in advance each year on 30 April. It comes onto force from the date of signing the notary deed and covers the charges for cleaning, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, controlled entry and security.

- Any apartment or villa can be reserved for maximum 14 days with a deposit of only E 1 000 (non-refundable, should you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with the purchase).
