Plan III:
1. 50 % on signing of the preliminary contract
2. 50 % on completion of the rough construction /until June 2009/
There will be 3% discount of the price if you choose this payment plan!

Plan IV:
1. 100 % on signing of the preliminary contract
The discount of the price will be 5 %!

Taking into consideration that the world financial crisis affects many of our potential clients we are ready to present one more payment option:
Plan V:
1. 30 % on signing of the preliminary contract
2. 20 % on June 2010 /it can be done as one payment or two separate payments of 10 %/
3. 50 % from June 2010 till June 2011 without any extra interest surplus
4. By any reason if you haven’t succeeded to make the whole last payment there is opportunity to discuss a further payment plan for 5 years for the payments left from June 2011 until June 2016 with a interest rate equal to the average at the Bulgarian Banks minus 1 %.

In order to help the customers, we have provided a floating payment schedule, which includes 4 instalments evenly distributed in time. Only the first instalment is fixed - 30 percent of the price. The other three instalments are determined by the customer and the latest one should be paid on the same day of forming the title deed.

There will be a discount on the purchasing of 3 /three/ or more apartments.

The agreement for the maintenance provides payment of annual fee - 12 euros per sq.m. /VAT included/
