The village Kosharitsa itself, where the holiday village is situated, is a lovely small village at the foothills of the Balkan Mountain, that has preserved its nature and the atmosphere of a typical Bulgarian village. It has beautiful nature, mild climate /soft winter and cool summer/, and picturesque surroundings. The hilly relief of the village allows the practice of different kinds of tourism – cognitive, rural, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting, and herb gathering. The means of living of the local population are mainly stockbreeding and tourism, which gives many opportunities for getting to know the way of life and the traditional crafts of the people.

The houses can be sold at the following levels of completion:
